CWSE is a structural engineering firm dedicated to making the homes and buildings of the Charlotte Metro area safe and sound. We work with architects, builders and homeowners in designing, building, renovating and repairing residences, commercial spaces and existing structures. We also assist buyers and sellers of homes by assessing structural issues and providing cost effective and reasonable repairs for issues encountered in the home inspection process.

Our goal is that each project we are involved in meets or exceeds the vision of the owner and protects anyone who uses the structure.

In 2024, after gaining 25 years of experience working in various disciplines under the Structural Engineering umbrella across the country, Craig founded CWSE to service the residential and light commercial structural needs of the Charlotte Metro area. This is a very exciting dream that we have wanted to pursue for years and we look forward to hearing from you!
